2. What personal data do we process?

12. Google Analytics

When you purchase an artwork from us and pay through a payment service provider, such as iDEAL or PayPal, the information necessary to process the payment is processed by the relevant payment service provider.

We only receive and retain payment information that is necessary for our administration and for the performance of the agreement. We do not store complete payment card details when these are processed by the payment service provider.

Léonce Lemmens ART is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens zoals beschreven in dit privacybeleid.
2. Welke persoonsgegevens verwerken wij?
Afhankelijk van je contact met ons kunnen wij de volgende gegevens verwerken:

gegevens die je zelf verstrekt via e-mail, een contactformulier of bij een aanvraag voor een kunstwerk in opdracht;

Wij verwerken niet meer persoonsgegevens dan noodzakelijk is voor het betreffende doel.
3. Waarvoor gebruiken wij persoonsgegevens?
Wij gebruiken persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doeleinden:
Contact: Wanneer je contact met ons opneemt, gebruiken wij de gegevens om je vraag, verzoek of bericht te beantwoorden.
Bestellingen en verkoop : Wanneer je een kunstwerk koopt, gebruiken wij de noodzakelijke gegevens om je bestelling te verwerken, betaling af te handelen, het kunstwerk te leveren en onze administratie bij te houden.
Kunstwerken in opdracht: Wanneer je een kunstwerk in opdracht laat maken, gebruiken wij de verstrekte gegevens om de opdracht te bespreken, afspraken vast te leggen, contact met je te onderhouden en het kunstwerk te kunnen leveren.
Administratie en wettelijke verplichtingen : Wij kunnen persoonsgegevens verwerken wanneer dit noodzakelijk is voor onze administratie of om te voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen, bijvoorbeeld fiscale en boekhoudkundige verplichtingen.
Beveiliging en werking van de website: Technische gegevens kunnen worden gebruikt om de website goed te laten functioneren, te beveiligen en technische problemen te voorkomen.
4. Rechtsgrond voor verwerking
Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens alleen wanneer daarvoor een wettelijke grondslag bestaat.

Correspondentie en andere gegevens kunnen langer worden bewaard wanneer dit noodzakelijk is voor het afhandelen van een overeenkomst, geschil of wettelijke verplichting.

12. Google Analytics
We gebruiken Google Analytics om inzicht te krijgen in het gebruik van onze website.
Google Analytics kan oa informatie verwerken over

- de wijze waarop bezoekers door de website navigeren;
- technisch informatie over het gebruikte apparaat en de browser;:

Google geeft aan dat Analytics voor gebruikers in de Europese Economische Ruimte individuele IP-adressen niet registreert of opslaat. geen rechtstreeks identificerende persoonsgegevens, zoals namen of emailadressen naar Google Analytics.
13. Squarespace
Onze website wordt gehost en technisch aangeboden door Squarespace.
Squarespace verwerkt bepaalde technisch gegevens die noodzakelijk zijn voor het functioneren, beveiligen en aanbieden van de website.
Squarespace bidt functies voor het beperken van niet-noodzakelijke cookies en voor het verkrijgen en beheren van cookie-toestemming.
Voor gegevensoverdracht naar landen buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte gebruikt Squarespace onder meer de door de Europese Commissie goedgekeurde Standard Contractual Clauses en, waar van toepassing, het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework.
14. Betalingen
Wanneer je een kunstwerk koopt en betaalt via een betaaldienst zoals iDeal of PayPal, worden de gegevens die noodzakelijk zijn voor de betaling verwerkt door de betreffende betaaldienstverlener.
De betaaldienstverlener kan persoonsgegevens verwerken voor het uitvoeren en beveiligen van de betaling om te voldoen aan de wettelijke verplichtingen.
Wij ontvangen en bewaren niet meer betaalgegevens dan noodzakelijk is voor onze administratie en de uitvoering van de overeenkomst.
15. Verzending
Wanneer je een kunstwerk koopt en het moet worden verzonden, kunnen persoonsgegevens die noodzakelijk zijn voor de levering worden gedeeld met een vervoerder of andere logistieke dienstverlener.
Bij internationale verzending kunnen gegevens ook worden verwerkt in verband met douane-en invoerprocedures.
16. Wijzigingen in dit privacybeleid
Wij kunnen dit privacybeleid van tijd tot tijd aanpassen, bijvoorbeeld wanneer onze dienstverlening of de wettelijke regelgeving verandert.
